HOW DOES IT ALL WORK?
THE BASICS
We scan the areas of the building you want included using specialist 3D capture equipment.
The captured data is processed and turned into an interactive virtual tour, usually within 24 hours. Larger or more complex spaces may take slightly longer.
Your completed tour is delivered as a secure web link that can be viewed online.
SIMPLE TO SHARE
Your virtual tour will be available online, meaning it can be viewed on Mobile, Tablet or PC.
All you need is the link and a data or WiFi connection. No need to download bespoke software!
SIMPLE TO ACCESS
You can share by simply integrating the tour on your website or by sharing a link.
For business use it can be as simple as sharing the link with colleagues, or sharing your screen in Teams or Zoom, as you walk through the tour together.

How much does it cost?
Prices can be as little as £250 for a small property, and scale according to the following factors:

We will work with you to provide the best package to-suit. With all the features and assets provided, we believe our product offers great value for money.
Additional cost includes a hosting fee to cover the 24/7 availability of your virtual tour. This is charged at £50 per annum per active virtual tour.
Extras such as video’s, schematic floor plans & 3D data files are chargeable.
How do I share & display the tour?
The virtual tour is provided by a web link (URL).

We aim to support through to the latter stages of delivery and will be happy to liaise with your website provider and social media manager.
How long does it take to scan the property?
The time required depends on the size, complexity, and availability of the property.
Our equipment is purpose-built for this work and allows us to capture the required data efficiently.
We’ll work around your business needs, including carrying out the capture outside of normal working hours if required.
Can the virtual tour be updated?
Yes. We know this is important for some businesses.
If physical changes are made to the space, we can re-scan the affected areas using the original scan data where available.
When we discuss your requirements, you may want to consider your need for future updates to ensure that the virtual tour remains relevant and continues to deliver for you.
can i download the virtual tour?
The virtual tour is hosted online and isn’t available for download.
This ensures reliable performance and secure access, without the need for you to manage large data files or separate hosting.
Are there any limitations that I may need to be aware of?
For very large spaces, there are limits on the amount of data that can be handled in a single tour. In these cases, the area may be split into multiple linked spaces to ensure performance and usability.
How can I control access to the virtual tour?
You don’t have to make your virtual tour publicly accessible.
Access can be limited by controlling who the link is shared with.
Password protection is also available for added security.
For organisations with multiple access requirements, additional options are available to control access and visibility and can be discussed.
